according to me CS + MBA is good option but not a best option.
both related to different areas. but additional degree/qualification always help to built a good carrer.

A CS with MBA degree can provide good inputs to the management. CS is already a part of management of the company. In this situation the degree of MBA can help him a lot to grow further.
