Apart from this please also let me know the approx. average salary of a good company secretary in practice & full time at present.

We are firm of Practicing CA's we want to form a new LLP. there was news few days ago that it is possible for CA to practice in LLP form and ICAI is forming guidelines for the same. also MCA had issued a circulat dated 4th April 2011 that LLP CA firm can be appointed as auditor of a company. Please share information in this regard along with references to government/ICAI circular/Notification.

Hai everybody! I heard that this time the campus placements were very poor. What does this indicate?

Does this mean that ca's are no longer in demand? We are taking so much pain to become a ca! We spend several nights toiling hard. At the office your principal shouts at you. You spend 3.5 yrs just for a 700 to 1500 rs. But see the reward u get after qualifying. Our pain doesnot match with our gain.

What will be the position of future ca's like me? What is the demand-supply status currently of ca's? Should i struggle to get a job after passing final?

I have studied b.com and after gap of three years after marriage I again joined M.com first year in a govt arts college. I have to get a job before completion and after completion of m.com. What are placements what I have to improve. your advice is solicited.

My final is due in Nov 12.My articleship will finish
in April 2012.I want to do int.CFA after my CA.The problem with me is
that I had wrongly chosen my articleship firm because it's too small
and I have not learnt anything material.So I am thinking of cancelling
my articleship and doing affresh 3 year articleship from a good firm.I
have now two options-
option 1: To complete my CA in Nov 2012 exams and then go to an
Investment based company to do training required for Int.CFA.
Option 2: To do articleship affresh for 3 years and become CA in 2015.
Query: I have heard that if I have not done my articleship perfectly
in a good firm then I will not get a job.
My aim in life is to become a whole time value Investor.

please guide me...
i have cleared my finals in may-11 attempt with a low score of 51%. i did not get job through campus organised by icai. i live in bhopal and want to do job near to my home town but my seniors say to me that there are limited chances for growth in bhopal or indore. As far as my interest is concerned, i am interested in audit field, which has many other subjects under its net. i am a hard working person but always want a push for the things to do. i am not clear in my mind that in what direction i should work hard. till now i am unemployed and have no clue about my career. i am getting depressed now a days...
please suggest me what to do now...
