I want to start my own practice after taking 10 months experience post qualification.
In starting how can i get work,if I have not so good background.
How can I apply for Bank Audit or Stock Audit or government Audits?

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am currently doing Articleship in a firm that has mainly Audits and has very little of Tax. Only during the Tax season do we do ITR filing and all Tax related work.
I wish to pursue a career in Direct Taxes and now I am confused as to whether it is possible to get into a Tax firm like a Big4 or a BMR after qualifying considering the fact that I have had exposure in Tax for only 2 months of a year i.e 6 months out of 36 months of my Articleship. I still have 4 months left for completion of my 1st year of Articles so still transfer of Articleship is not ruled out.

I have cleared the test organised by Some State level Government company for the job of accountant on the basis of CA inter qualification. Should i join this post ? Salary is around 20000. I will be giving my CA Final this May & hope to complete it. Joining date is in July after CA final results.

Please suggest what all can be done after completing B.Com along side Final CA, except CS and ICWA?

I would prefer a part time course in which I can directly appear for the exam?

And CS or ICWA than why?

I want to set up my own CA Firm. For that purpose, i want to know What is the procedure to set up a Firm. Do i need to have a separate space for office or i can register my home address as office. Is there any requirement to how to choose the name of Firm, as in the case of Company. What are the other requirements for setting up a CA Firm.

IN ONE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY, SHARES ARE TRANSFERED AND CONSIDERATION IS NOT YET RECEIVED BY TRANSFEROR EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR NOW. SO WHETHER THAT TRANSFER IS VALID?

PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME THAT WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT WITHIN WHICH CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE PAID TO THE TRANSFEROR BY TRANSFREE?

Can anyone please clarify me doubt...

My friend in CA final just has 9 months and 1 week of articles left...

He has not done his GMCS yet....

He has confirmed for Industrial training by a company...

So if GMCS has to be done within this 9 months of articles...then he wont be eligible for industrial training...

Can GMCS be done after completing Articles or is it necessary to complete it within the articleship period ???
