30 April 2012 sir my name is tauseef hossain i am a company secretaries finalyst currently working in hsbc global resource as fund administrator my query is that in future i want to get a career in merger and aquisition or venture capatilism so i want to know which course is better for me cfa(usa)or mba so that i can get a chance in these sector.

01 May 2012 Merger and acquisition includes basically valuation and due diligence. Due diligence you must have covered in CS. Keeping in mind this you only need to do expertise in valuation part and for this CFA is better.

The MBA in finance is general in nature and not any experties unlike in CFA.

So go for CFA.
