Please suggest what all can be done after completing B.Com along side Final CA, except CS and ICWA?
I would prefer a part time course in which I can directly appear for the exam?
And CS or ICWA than why?

It depends upon your interest in the field. There are many courses, diploma, certificate course.
So first tell me the your area of interest then only I can suggest you precisely.
There are many course like
CIMA (you will get exemption after becoming CA)
CFP
CFA
CPA
CFM and lots more.

any way my personal suggestion is:
The most Important course regarding a quick job for a commerce student is to learn TALLY. it is an accounting software and widely used in corporate sectors.
Second option, will be to do a Tax related course. The burden of Tax is getting higher and higher and for general people, for day to day work load they are not able to do the paper work. you can become handy on that. there are many small farms in India those who appoints these tax guys.
