Hi, I appeared for CA Final examination in last May'2012.This is my 2nd attempt. My age is 33 yr. I would like to know what are the best options for me after becoming CA at age of 33. Should I able to get job in good company.

I am pursuing CA, and have completed my article ship but not yet cleared my PCC exams. I have also completed my M.com, and now is keen to take up a job.
I got a offer from a reputed KPO to work as accounts assistant.

Job Profile of the Company for Account Assistant is as follows:
The candidate would be responsible for accounting and back office operations for private equity & Hedge Funds.

1)To carry out complete Accounting activities for the Private equity & Hedge Fund clients in Tally & respective applications
2)To prepare the Statement of Accounts/ Unit Statement, Drawdown notice and Unit Register for the Fund
3)To prepare the financial statements (MIS) and all such necessary reports as may be required by the Clients
4)To Ensure proper compliance of TDS deductions, TDS payments, quarterly e-TDS returns
5)To Prepare Annual accounts, including notes to accounts, Liaison with Statutory Auditors and providing necessary data and clarification
6)Statutory Filings and providing of accounting data for any of the regulatory reporting
7)To compute Fund NAV and LP NAV

I want an expert view on weather, (i)Working in a KPO as account assistant will be considered as a valid experience ?
(ii) When i clear my PCC and move on to other job, will this experience be counted as a valid experience?

Afetr getting the degree of C.A. if one tries to get placement in foreign countries , so is there any need to clear the exams of that particular country to pursue employment there

I cleared my ca in nov 11, didn't got placement in campus, I want to work in a ca firm in ncr for about 6-8 months before starting my own practise at my hometown in UP, so that I can learn the way of working. plz provide name of ca firms where there is vacancy or have all type of work

I qualified in May 2009 first attempt, whereas i finished my articles in Jan 2010. Can the work ex as article ship of 9 months (from May 09 to Jan 10) be considered as Post qualification experience or only after Jan 2010 it will be as post qualification experience ???
