If I am a Partner in two firms suppose abc & Co, and xyz & co. , my queryies are as under :
1. Is there any rule that if, abc & co. is applying for bank audit , xyz can not apply, just because i am a partner in that firm?
2. How is it possible that a CA is full time working partner in both the firm?
3. Can I be woking partner in XYZ & co. & non working partner in ABC i.e part time partner , then can i perform tax audit & other certification work in XYZ & only bank audit in ABC ?
nd how is it poosible to be a working parnter in both the firm or i should be a part time pa

The answer is as under :- 1. YES 2.YES, There is no concept of full time or part time partner. 3.Ref. q2. above you can perform audit in both firm
