In the todays scenario companies demand the experience only in the profile they require...bt my question is if it is the case then how anyone can grab the opportunity...because it is not possible to have practical experience in each and every thing...if a person has the potential to learn the things and apply them practically why dont industries hire CAs although fresher in that particular area..
I usually gets rejected because of this thing only...please advice me...
