hi I am a freshly qualified CA frm nov 2011 batch . i am currently doin my LLB course and hence havent looked for a job yet . having said dat i plan to migrate to Australia .I would like to know whether it wud be wise to first work here or directly go abroad and apply as a fresher after clearing the concerned exams der . Are there good enough oppurtunties for indian CAs in australia?

At present. the opportunities at AU are very good. You can definitely try for the same once you get through LAW. Best of luck
