The goods is in transit under the terms of CIF Import. This is our purchase from outside India. Can we make provision of Goods in transit of CIF consignment at the time of closing of books as on 31.3.?

We have one Shipment in chennai port , we don't have IEC and it is under process.
We have dummy IEC .
In this situation
1. Can we sent back that shipment to supplier.
2. can we re export (sales ) to other country.

Total Quantity: 5000 pcs
CIF Mumbai price : 17.85 Rupees/ pcs ( In Invoice)

Please tell me total Custom duty will be how much in India.

Here is a case where my sister concern raised PO directly to several suppliers. Now my query is that can we put the export material in our company warehouse

What will be the accounting entry for goods imported under the scheme of DFCE and thereafter how will be credit taken on such additional duty?

Can u solve my queries given below?

1) Do we need to pay to get DEPB/ VKGUY license? Ie Is there any cost to get such license????

2) When we sell such license to third party ( in market) at premium, say 95%, it means, sales price is 0+95% or 100%+95%(Cost + Premium)???

3) Can we import specific goods or components,which we otherwise cannot import, by using such import license??

4) Can we entitle to receive incentives by way of cash assistance & import license on the one export sale, at the same time????

Can any one let me know whether truck tyres are included in the Focus Market Scheme & also in the Focus Product Scheme. Also whether export to Nigeria will be eligible for Focus Market Scheme benefits for truck tyres.
