Can u solve my queries given below?
1) Do we need to pay to get DEPB/ VKGUY license? Ie Is there any cost to get such license????
2) When we sell such license to third party ( in market) at premium, say 95%, it means, sales price is 0+95% or 100%+95%(Cost + Premium)???
3) Can we import specific goods or components,which we otherwise cannot import, by using such import license??
4) Can we entitle to receive incentives by way of cash assistance & import license on the one export sale, at the same time????

Reply: please noted that before apply DEPB / VKGUY licence you must ensure the PAYMENT received by buyer otherwise department query in this condition.
2) When we sell such license to third party ( in market) at premium, say 95%, it means, sales price is 0+95% or 100%+95%(Cost + Premium)???
Reply: assume your duty credit is 100000 (one lakhs) and if you sell it the importer will purchase IT after reduce the VAT.
3) Can we import specific goods or components,which we otherwise cannot import, by using such import license??
Reply: YOU CAN NOT IMPORT RESTRICTED ITEM THROUGH THE ABOVE SAID LICENCE.
4) Can we entitle to receive incentives by way of cash assistance & import license on the one export sale, at the same time????
Reply: pre-shipment credit can get it from your banker....
