Hi, I've registered office in Andhra Pradesh and administration/development center in Bangalore for my software company. Now, I would like to apply for Importer Emporter Code. Regarding this, I've 2 queries
1)Whether I need to mention my admin/dev center in Bangalore as branch office or not.
2)Since I don't have internet banking with any of the banks listed in DGFT website can I use my friend's internet account to make a payment during filing of IEC application in online?

1)Whether I need to mention my admin/dev center in Bangalore as branch office or not. If I mention it as branch office then whether I need to take any approvals from Karnataka ROC?

as per anf-2a required information and submit in this form is mandatory as well as address proff such as copy of telephone bill, rent agreement .
2)Since I don't have internet banking with any of the banks listed in DGFT website can I use my friend's internet account to make a payment during filing of IEC application in online?
fee for IEC issuance is Rs. 250.00 in favor of concerned RLA.
