While there is no explicit statement that the principal must have updated the employment details on the exact date of signing the stamp deed, the requirement is to ensure employment details are updated before filing or related official submissions.
The principal should update their employment details before the final submission and approval process so that records align correctly.
The deed must be dated within 30 days of commencement, and both parties (student and principal) must sign and stamp it.
So, if the principal had updated their employment details before the signing of Form 104 but not on the exact date of signing the stamp deed, this is generally acceptable as long as the details are up-to-date at the time of submission and approval. Ensuring all records are accurately reflected before the final submission is key.
