Problem in filing Returns for International workers in EPFO

12 November 2025 I am facing an issue in approving the filed Nil returns for International workers in EPFO. I filed the returns for the month of Feb 2021 to Oct 2025 two weeks before. But in the "Returns pending for approval portal" I cannot find the returns made before the Nov 2024. I even tried to file again for the period Feb 2021 and it shows that you have already filed. So what should be done to get this issue rectified? Is it a problem from my side or technical glitch?

16 November 2025 This appears to be a technical glitch on the EPFO IW portal, not an error on your part. You’ve correctly filed the Nil returns, but they’re not reflecting in the approval queue due to a known issue with older-period returns visibility.
Raise a grievance using the EPFO Grievance Portal, providing detailed information about the periods affected and your filing dates.
