I am planning to start an import export bussines.I am interested in importing computer peripheral like pen drive, memory card etc.

What kind of import license is needed for that and from where I can get it.

What are the import fees on them.

we are downloading (online)a software (license) from foreign party. Is custom duty applicable on the same? if it is exempted, is there any circular?

Suppose a person goes abroad and buys a Cell phone for personal usage and brings it to India.Then is some tax applicable?

If yes ,what is the percentage?

and is there any way to get exemption from said tax?

But their shipping agent exported under FREE SHIPPING.

It is possible to rectify the same.
