Wrong Processing of Export Documents

My client handed over all the export documents to an agent to export under Advance License. It was also mentioned in all export documents that the export is under ADVANCE LICENSE.
But their shipping agent exported under FREE SHIPPING.
It is possible to rectify the same.

Dear Mr. Atul,
As per Reference to Circular No.36/2010(custom)you can ask your clearing agent for put up a letter to commissioner of custom regarding the caption subject.
According this circular sub para 3(A):-
the request for conversion is made by the exporter within three months from the date of LEO.
