Excise & custom duty on paperless software license

we are downloading (online)a software (license) from foreign party. Is custom duty applicable on the same? if it is exempted, is there any circular?

We are a regd compnay & we are a manufacturer, trader & importor of IT products. We are also a IEC holder

NO CUSTOM DUTY IS APPLICABLE AS PER SCRUTINIZED , HENCE SEND ME THE RITC HS CODE NO. OF THE SAID ITEM.
