AS PER PARA 9.62 OF FTP,2010-11,
"THIRD PARTY EXPORTS MEANS EXPORT MADE BY AN EXPORTER ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER EXPORTER (S) IN SUCH CASESEXPORT DOCUMENTS SUCH AS SHAPPING BILL SHALLINDICATE NAME OF BOTH MANUFACTURING EXPORTER/ MANUFACTURER & THIRD PARTY EXPORTER(S).
BRC GR DECLARATION , EXPORT ORDER AND INVOICE SHOULD BE IN THE NAMEOF THIRD PARTY EXPORTER"
DEEMED EXPORTS:-
Deemed Exports" refers to those transactions in which the goods supplied do not leave the country and the payment for such supplies is received either in Indian rupees or in free foreign exchange.

Actual Export as per shipping bill fob mentioned .
