What are the rules for appointment of a cost auditor? How should an auditor be appointed if commercial production of the plant commences in March of a FY for the first time? Will cost audit be required for March?

if Professional Income so maintenance of book of account u/s 44AA

audit Limit Rs.15/- Lacs ya 60 Lacs

Articles registration

I had send my articles registration form to ICAI on 23-10-2012 But in the status list till mine was not reflecting and also no letter of confirmation was received what should i do should i send any letter regarding this issue to ICAI or What should i do Help me out of this issue

Applicability of section 40a

I received advance of Rs.60000 from customer for purchase of materials. But latter on, the transaction was cancelled so now can I refund Rs.60000 in cash to him? Is there applicability of Sec. 40A of income tax?
