sir, i am in audit of a manufacturing concern.as i came across purchases. i have seen transporter copy bill and extra copy bill instead of original bill.they told original bill was not available.i would like to know that is there any mandatory rule that purchses booked should have only original bill.can they book it through extra copy or transporter copy?suppose in a scrutiny do they accept tansporters copy bill or extra copy bill or will they mandatorily ask original bill only?please let me know?

Is it the responsibility of CA to verify from the records of Company whether the Annual General Meeting was actually held in private limited before filing form 23B for his appointment or re-appointment?

Because he has the option of AGM in Form 23B..

I had send my articles registration form to ICAI on 23-10-2012 But in the status list till mine was not reflecting and also no letter of confirmation was received what should i do should i send any letter regarding this issue to ICAI or What should i do Help me out of this issue
