Tax liability on machinery purcashe from other state

We are purchasing a machinery (Asset) from other state for business purpose (for making machine oil). please clear following points.

1. TDS should be deduct or not.
2. as per audit point of view, what procedure/precaution we should follow.

Hi,

I need help on identifying accounting standards that are important from the perspective of Internal Audit. I need help to identify how an Accounting Standard help me in a Risk Based Review of Internal Controls for any organization. Also, please help me with list of such Accounting Standards.

mr.p a chartered accountant in practice entered into a partnership with Mr. L , an advocate for sharing of fees for work sent by one to the other. However, due to some disputes, the partnership was dissolved after 1 month without any fees having been received.

HELLO, I am in a tax audit of a private company, this company had paid more than 20000 as ADVANCE for travelling to foreign in foreign currency, than this 40a(3) applies?? and also advance is not an expense, so can you please help me

Is mking membrs by tking money & pying them 2 make mmbr ryt?

If a company wants to do business of taking money to make members and organizing quiz for the members and pay them for the correct answers.

Along with this, the company pays the members commission for further making members and continue the membership tree?

Is doing this business valid and if it is what should be the objects mentioned in the MOA?
