mr.p a chartered accountant in practice entered into a partnership with Mr. L , an advocate for sharing of fees for work sent by one to the other. However, due to some disputes, the partnership was dissolved after 1 month without any fees having been received.

if you want to know whether the agreement is agianst PE,
then answer is yes
this type of agreement is in the nature of commission so you can not pay commission for procuring client.
if some work is performed by lawyer (e.g. advice on certain legal matter, drafting of agreement etc) then you can share fee with him
but you can not pay money just for ref feral of client
