How to utilize (Set Off) credit of SAD equivalent to VAT/CST on Import by Manufacture.
Our Company is registered with Excise. Till date, Our sale is under 1.50 crore limit. At this time, Neither we are billing with Excise duty nor taking cenvat of Excise.
We want to do some Direct Export. IS IT NECESSARY TO GIVE "LETTER OF UNDERTAKING" TO EXCISE DEPARTMENT FOR REMOVAL OF GOODS FOR EXPORT WITHOUT DUTY?
Any body can guide me which documents are required to be submitted in excise range for proof of export under LUT & please attached here the format of covering letter for excise Range submission
