If some one have businessin SEZ and importing RM and the same RM without changing its form exporting means its a trading item.

Should he required to take certificate from cost accountant that export is not an under valued price than import.

We have issued Duplicate Share Certificate ( withn Regd office address on top) in a Board Meeting held in Mumbai - Maharashtra.

I would like to know ;

1. for payment of Stamp Duty, what is the basis , is it Regd office address or the place of Board Meeting in which DSC is issued.

2. The amount of Stamps to be affixed? what will be the value applicable in UP and in Maharashtra?

3. Stamps to be affixed will be - Special Adhesive Stamp / franking / normal Revenue Stamp?

As per the TCS rules in case of the Timber obtained from forest lease or any other mode, TCS is to be collected by the seller from the buyer and is to be paid to the govt and form 27D is to be issued by him as a certificate of TCS.

Now the questions in this regard are:
1) If the timber is cut and shaped such that it is sold to the manufacturers of plywoods and furniture, does the seller still need to collect TCS or has to submit form 27C and collect no TCS?

2) And if yes, then what are the rules and provisions relating to it in details?

3) Are such kinds of modified timber blocks said to be included in the definition of being processed?
