Certification for trading item in sez

hi,
If some one have businessin SEZ and importing RM and the same RM without changing its form exporting means its a trading item.
Should he required to take certificate from cost accountant that export is not an under valued price than import.
Can you please advice me.

Being in SEZ , if to you export the trading item below its import value , SEZ authorities will surely ask for justification and certificate from certified cost accountant.
By doing this you will not able to attend Positive Foreign Exchange Performance. If you fail in NPFEP calculation it will attract Penalty and punishment (Back Listing of Directors)
