Being in SEZ , if to you export the trading item below its import value , SEZ authorities will surely ask for justification and certificate from certified cost accountant.
By doing this you will not able to attend Positive Foreign Exchange Performance. If you fail in NPFEP calculation it will attract Penalty and punishment (Back Listing of Directors)
