I m currently doing my articleship training.
I have a confusion in my mind. in future I want to do JOB. I have to option in my mind
1- take my articleship training and do only ca course
2- or should I go for dummy training and do ca,cs,cwa,cfa

which option should I choose?

One of my Friend working in Japan wants to gift money to his father in India. He raised a Loan from his company & the company will deduct this from his salary in future.
Now whether it in any way be taxable in India & is there any Limit on the amount he can transfer.
Also my friends residential status is ordinary resident since he stayed for more than 182 days in india in FY 2011-12.

Also under which FEMA section it falls.

i have cleared my ipcc(both groups) on nov 2011. i registered for articles on april.while sending article registration form(103) i sent my ITT & orientation certificates(original) with them.some of my friends said we have to send only attested copies but not original.is it so?

if yes, how can i get my original certificates back.

MY RELETIVE WAS TAKEN A WEHICLE LOAN IN FIRST TWO-THREE INSTALLMENTS HE PAID OF RS.5500 BUT AS PER HIS POOR CONDITION HE WANT TO DO INSTALLMENTS LESS THEN RS.4000.

IT'S POSSIBLE OR NOT.

Dear Experts.
I had taken a bunglow for rent on 6 Feb,2012 and accordingly the rent agreement is made for 11 Months. But now after 3 months i am vacating bunglow but unfortunately i have misplaced rent agreement copy with me. Will there be any problem in vacating bunglow or i had to make new rent agreement from back date. Plz guide.

Whenever i open tally i select my period as 01.04.2011-31.03.2012 and then when i open any report or ledger tally takes its own period to view report. I have to change period at opening every report and ledger....

Is there any solution by which the reports or ledgers can open in the same period as entered initially without entering it again and again.....???

Plz help...
