Dear Experts.
I had taken a bunglow for rent on 6 Feb,2012 and accordingly the rent agreement is made for 11 Months. But now after 3 months i am vacating bunglow but unfortunately i have misplaced rent agreement copy with me. Will there be any problem in vacating bunglow or i had to make new rent agreement from back date. Plz guide.

You can simply send a written notice to the owner of the bunglow stating termination of rent agreement and vacation of bunglow. It will be sufficient and you do not need to prepare new agreement. You just need establish that you have vacated the bunglow.
