I have been working in a Private Co. since last 4 years. However, I would like to know that if I leave the company after 8 months (i.e. after completing 4.8 yrs) then, am I eligible for Provident Fund or I will have to complete 5 yrs exactly to be eligible for getting Provident Fund.

Today i went to SBI & post office to enquire gold & i found that the price per 50 gm is Rs 10000 higher in post office. The difference among the gold is that the post office sells swiss pure gold & in banks it is Normal 24 k pure gold. now i just wanted to know difference between these two.
