when CPT exemption is getting implemented?

My client want to change the P. Deed from
1st April-2012 changes is change of address of Firm and add 2 Partner & Retire 2 Partner. But the Firm Registration Certificate not Found. How can i find the Registration Certificate.

Kindly suggest as earliest.

Sir, I am a working professional and as per my Qualification I am a B.Com and an MBA (Finance). I would like to enroll in ICWAI. Is it too difficult to pass ICWAI for working people. My next question is that how it will enhance my career prospects in life if I complete ICWAI.
Please share your valuable thoughts on how much study hours needed to complete ICWAI and strategies to complete it.

Good afternoon

I had a query regarding Non Receipt of "C" form . We had supplied material to our CST , registered Party against "C" form in the year 2009-10. Till date we have not received the "C" form from the party, In this case what we should do. Now it seems that the party has no intention to issue "C" form to us.

1) What type of liability stand if we will not submitt the "C" form ?

2) If we raise debit note to the party what rate of interest & penalty should be charged on the Tax amount which is due against "C" form.


Please guide us briefly in this matter.

air i have completed ipcc group 1 in nov 2011 attempt..due to some problems i have not registered for articleship before april 30 th...now my query is whether i m able to attempt nov 2014 ca final attempt ????

I have been working in a Private Co. since last 4 years. However, I would like to know that if I leave the company after 8 months (i.e. after completing 4.8 yrs) then, am I eligible for Gratuity or I will have to complete 5 yrs exactly to be eligible for getting Gratuity.

I have applied for CS SIP Exemption a month ago. and e mailed several times to institute regarding confirmation of application. but i have not received any response from other side. I already sent hard copy at institute. But Institute has not provided any detail (acknowledgement) even i checked at website (after login my information) but no information is there.
I experiencing the same problem in getting my registration letter. Original letter yet to received by me.The institute really need to take steps in providing prompt services to students & members

Please experts suggest.(CS members) what should i do.
