School fees

28 May 2012 Dear All,

One of my best friend's wife is working in a company as her husband (My best friend) passed away with some disease. Company has offered a job to her. That time management said to her we will pay your school's children fees. But now the problem is that she is paying fees more, but she is getting receipt for lesser amount.

Now how can she claim for actual paid amount as without the receipt.

Kindly advice on this

28 May 2012 She can claim only that much amount for which she is getting the receipt from the school itself. The school receipt must show the amount deposited by her and she can get a receipt as to the reimbursement of expenses made by her. And if the company is directly depositing the fees to the school then She can get the fee receipt from the company itself.
