I have been working in a Private Co. since last 4 years. However, I would like to know that if I leave the company after 8 months (i.e. after completing 4.8 yrs) then, am I eligible for Gratuity or I will have to complete 5 yrs exactly to be eligible for getting Gratuity.
Please advice.

You shall be required to complete continious period of 5 years to be eligible for gratuity..
