How to know the partnership registration number.

26 May 2012 Dear Sir,

My client want to change the P. Deed from
1st April-2012 changes is change of address of Firm and add 2 Partner & Retire 2 Partner. But the Firm Registration Certificate not Found. How can i find the Registration Certificate.

Kindly suggest as earliest.
