My average monthly purchases amount to Rs 68 lacs and I get discount of Rs. 1.35 lacs if I pay withing 7 days of purchase where as the normal credit period is 30 days. Whether to avail discount or defer payment to 30 days and invest in 30 days FD? What would be the better option and why?

One of my friend made a partnership deed on Rs. 100 stamp paper. He just now came to know the value of stamp paper require Rs.500/-. Will there any trouble him in future. What should he will do now ? can he revised the deed or attached Rs. 500 stampt paper to previous deed ? Also note, he notarised the deed yearly back. please provide solution soon.

I am a CA student, currently pursuing CA-IPCC. Due to my financial constrain I am willing to do a job right now. Accordingly I have applied to a well reputed business process management Company in Kolkata for an accounts job & also got selected after several interviews, now the company is asking me to give a declaration, stating that I will not continue my CA course ever in my life. They ask me to give the declaration in a hand written letter format. I asked the HR executive what they intend to do with the declaration ? They said they will forward my declaration to the ICAI & will ask ICAI to cancel my CA registration!

I want to know- Is it legal to ask a candidate to give such declaration? Does ICAI provide the authority to any company to cancel a student's CA registration even if he/she give them such declaration?
