Partenership deed on rs. 100 stamp paper

Dear Sir,
One of my friend made a partnership deed on Rs. 100 stamp paper. He just now came to know the value of stamp paper require Rs.500/-. Will there any trouble him in future. What should he will do now ? can he revised the deed or attached Rs. 500 stampt paper to previous deed ? Also note, he notarised the deed yearly back. please provide solution soon.

By paying the balance of Rs.400/- at the Concerned Registrar office for Stamps & Duties, it can be regularized.The notary is NOT adequate.

Can we buy the Rs.400 stamp paper and cross and attach to Deed ?

You can do that. Or else do not bother, this will be questioned only the partners go to court.
