Partnership is dissolved 1 year before as the accounts are already closed by mutual agreement. But no dissolution deed is prepared at that time. I want to know what will be legal compliances and what will be legal fees applicable if I prepare dissolution deed now?

I am appointed as CS in company @25000 per month.
Company is saying me that PF, ESI will be deducted from your salary.
Company is saying that they will show basic salary less than ₹15000.
I do not want PF, ESI to be deducted.
How can I opt out of PF , ESI applicability ?

Sir I have uploaded E form. Some times SRN No.is generated or it says Gateway Timeout. Even if SRN No. is generated, it will generate pay later challan, the screen will come back to first screen without generating pay later challan. What should I do? to generate it sir?

a. Guideline value
b. Market value
c. RR value as on 31.3.22

How does one calculate capital gains LTCG) what area in 2001 and now what rate to take ??
As a very senior citizen every penny will count.
