I had been working in Mumbai during 2002 to 2005. I have my EPF number with me for that time. Now i am working in New Delhi with new UAN. How can i either transfer my old PF amount to new one. Please let me know the process. I don't have my old UAN. I have only PF number.

What are the facilities related to earnest money for tender in case of MSME. I am specifically asking about concessions and facilities for MSME when they are going for a tender.

One of my customer is willing to avail a CC limit of 2.5 Crores against stocks and BD. Further he is willing to avail OD (Against FDR) of 1.00 Crore against FDRs of 1.20 Crores

Now, my question is whether the OD Limit will be treated as part of working Capital MPBF calculation for Computing CC limit, since my understanding is that the borrower will be utilizing the OD Limit for Working Cpaital Needs, however my seniors are suggesting that there is no such condition, the OD limit can be utilized for Long term use as well, since we do not state any such condition for sanctioning OD (Against FDR) Limit.

I wanted some help from the group.

My Father in law and my Mother in law expired in 2020, my Wife is only child to my in laws.

My Father in law had an HUF, I am not able to trace back any HUF deed for the same (looks lie HUF was not registered), but he has a PAN in name of HUF. He had couple of bank account, FD and MF.

My wife now wishes to continue as Karta for my father in laws HUF as she is the only survivor to the family.

Please suggest what can we do to change my wife to Karta of HUF account and also change Karta in PAN Card.

Also are original bills for purchases made for society to be society ?
Are the challans for statutory payments made to be handed over to society?

Does uploading any article fetch income.i.e, will this monetized ?
