Hello all I have attached dsc and all signatures are showing valid still this error is coming up while uploading spice+ forms "DSC is not attached for PAN CDNPS5285D in FORM INC-09.".Can someone please help me out?

If you getting this type of errors then you are not using correct Adobe Software. Download the exact version of software from the hyperlink given in MCA website and after affixing dsc make sure the date will appear in the next tab of it

I tried everything. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe from MCA, but still get the same error.
And in my another Laptop, even MOA Form is not opening properly. It gets automatically closed within 10 seconds & sometimes closed after affixing DSC without mentioning date.

Check the PAN No. and sign with DSC of that person

Everything is checked many times. Even I tried 4 different browsers to upload the forms, but still unable to upload.
