Can we change effective date in registered partnership deed with registrar of firms

We have already applied for food license under Exporter category and received the same. We want to modify and include as importer also. while modifying the same ,it requires details of importer. we entered importer details along with IECode(The same client is applying as importer),but it is showing IECode is already registered with FSSAI

whether we can't get same importer and exporter under the same FSSAI License.

Please guide us how to add importer in the existing License

if the partnership deed registered as on stamp duty date and mentioned as partnership is effective from five months prior to stamp duty date, does the transactions before registered date is legally enforceable

while applying for ercms, i getting error "plz select atleast one payment configuration". i have already paid to gem jewellery gjepc council and written its chalan details on dgft/ercms application site.
i emailed to dgft but no reply yet.
any idea sirs?
