What are the requirements for a company to make a pan card, and also of an assessee.

Sir I want to know da procedure of registering a pvt trust Namely (Medical Life Line Pvt Trust) for the purpose of helping the people get medical assistance from our trust. We have approached hospitals regarding this & many hospitals have given us positive help, any person contributing the trust by paying any type of donation as low as Rs.100/- also will get registered & avail medical help upto Rs.5000/- please give me some valuable suggestion. WHEN WE CALCULATE AVERAGE DAILY WAGES, CAN WE EXEMPT SUNDAYS. IF ONE PERSON WORKED FROM 1 ST AUG TO 10 TH AUG, HOW MUCH DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HE WORKED ?

EXAMPLE: SALARY 10000/31 DAYS X 10 DAYS

OR

SALARY 10000/26 DAYS X 9 DAYS ( ONE SUNDAY )

IS CORRECT

I had completed B.Com and given ipcc exam also.I had exemption in law.Now i want to join articleship as per new notification of ICAI.(i.e. after B.Com student can join articleship without passing 1st group of ipcc).So my query is if i joined articleship can i give november attempt of ipcc?And can i carry exemption for that attempt?

1.We(Mumbai) got and order from Delhi asking us to deliver material in Gujarat. Buyer and consignee don't have any relation with each other.
We invoiced accordingly
i.e.
Buyer :Delhi
Consignee: Gujarat
TAX @2% against C Form

Who will issue C Form? Delhi or Gujarat

2.We(Mumbai) got and order from local trader (Mumbai) asking us to deliver material in Gujarat.
Shall we charge CST @2% or 5% VAT?
If charged CST, who will issue C Form? Local Trader (Mumbai) or Gujarat?

3.WE(Mumbai) received an order from Gujarat asking us to deliver material in Maharashtra.

Shall we charge CST @2% or 5% VAT?
If charged CST, who will issue C Form? Local Trader (Mumbai) or Gujarat?
