01 September 2012 Dear Sir/Madam/Friends...

A school is running under recognition of Delhi Government, in the year 2008 the teachers has filled the case for salary matter in high court and due to any reason the recognition withdrawn by the department. In the year 2011 the case has been finalized in m/o of April, 2011. According to Delhi Education Act, 1973 we have to file an Appeal with in 30 days from the withdrawn of recognition order to the Authority for restoration of recognition but we have filed an appeal in month of 06.05.11. The case is pending in the high court due to this reason we were waiting for the decision. The matter is under process in the department

01 September 2012 whenever the courts does not gives any statement/ judgement how many efforts is null and void in this case.

however in my personal opinion , i advise you for write a letter regarding the captioned subject to the GOVERNOR,Delhi .

it will be best if you personalty meet to justice as well as an effective leader about judgement in your favor every persons knows that without rupee any case is only null and void.
