31 August 2012 WHEN WE CALCULATE AVERAGE DAILY WAGES, CAN WE EXEMPT SUNDAYS. IF ONE PERSON WORKED FROM 1 ST AUG TO 10 TH AUG, HOW MUCH DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HE WORKED ?

EXAMPLE: SALARY 10000/31 DAYS X 10 DAYS

OR

SALARY 10000/26 DAYS X 9 DAYS ( ONE SUNDAY )

IS CORRECT

31 August 2012 to Calculate Average, Per Day Concept Should Be Considered.

Since Wages is For Those who are Not in Payroll.

& if You are Taking 10000 as Salary PM, It Means He/she is in Payroll.

31 August 2012 wages is daily basis and excludes sundays
salary is monthly basis and includes sundays
