Registration of pvt trust in bangalore

Sir I want to know da procedure of registering a pvt trust Namely (Medical Life Line Pvt Trust) for the purpose of helping the people get medical assistance from our trust. We have approached hospitals regarding this & many hospitals have given us positive help, any person contributing the trust by paying any type of donation as low as Rs.100/- also will get registered & avail medical help upto Rs.5000/- please give me some valuable suggestion. Thank U.

Generally trusts are registered with District registrar of Societies,coming under State Registration department. Check up for registration department under Govt of Karnataka NIC.in website for details.
