Is it necessary for me to clear IPCC group-I before joining article with C.A. firm?

Person have obtained dealership from a pune based company to sell the computers & its accessories in Rajashthan. He have incorporated a firm & taken tin no. and in current year sold the product nearly amounting Rs.10,00,000/-.

Now he want to sell those products by the name of his mother.
So now what he must do? Will he require to take a new tin no. & also have to take dealership in his mother`s name or there is any other possible way.

Also inform about the VAT, CST, TDS & any other compliances in above cases.

I have a salary(or saving) account in Pune.
I am on company assignment in Europe from 2011 and will continue here till Feb-Mar 2013. From April 2012 my resident status is NRI.
Query:
Is it OK to keep my account type as saving and transfer money from Europe or shall I convert it to NRO account.
Please suggest.

A school is running under recognition of Delhi Government, in the year 2008 the teachers has filled the case for salary matter in high court and due to any reason the recognition withdrawn by the department. In the year 2011 the case has been finalized in m/o of April, 2011. According to Delhi Education Act, 1973 we have to file an Appeal with in 30 days from the withdrawn of recognition order to the Authority for restoration of recognition but we have filed an appeal in month of 06.05.11. The case is pending in the high court due to this reason we were waiting for the decision. The matter is under process in the department

Kindly give me the advice that what we have to do in this matter. Do you have any any clarification or any order which is pertains to this matter kindly mail or contact me on my email id -

i want to join direct entry system of CA i m commerce graduate holding eligible marks but i am also tried for CPT in 2008 and 2009 but unfortunately i could not passed CPT. so my question is that now can i send fresh application for registration for ipcc (direct entry system) or my old CPT registration is valid and i have to pay conversion fee.
plz help me about that.
