Plz tell me the whole procedure to change the name of proprietor in Trade Mark registeration and expense for the same..

On application under section 58 to change the name or description of a registered proprietor or a registered user of a trade mark (10000.00 Rs) .
where there has been no change. In the proprietorship or in the identity of the registered user (except where the application is made as a result of an order of a public authority or in consequence of a statutory requirement as per law in India ( Rs.1000.00)
where the application includes more than one trade mark -
1000.00 rs.
For the first trade mark
For every additional mark included in the application fee 500.00
