03 September 2012 On application under section 58 to change the name or description of a registered proprietor or a registered user of a trade mark (10000.00 Rs) .

where there has been no change. In the proprietorship or in the identity of the registered user (except where the application is made as a result of an order of a public authority or in consequence of a statutory requirement as per law in India ( Rs.1000.00)

where the application includes more than one trade mark -
1000.00 rs.
For the first trade mark

For every additional mark included in the application fee 500.00
