I went to Service Tax Department at Thane to get the signature of Authorized officer on Form ST 2 and i know there are no charges for signature but they still demand of Rs.1000 for signature on Form ST 2. I captured the hidden video of demanding of Rs.1000. I want to file case against the officer. Should i proceed or not?

A foreign citizen having OCI wants to apply for DIN.

Is photocopy of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card accepted as the proof of address for DIN application?

Attested photocopy of foreign passport will also be attached to DIN application.

Pl note - foreign citizen with OCI is not NRI.

My father is doing a business of making photo albums. I am confused whether he is providing service or doing manufacturing..
