Dear Experts,
Is a newly appointed Company Secretary is liable to rectify the past defaults of the Company whether known or unknown??
Not an urgent one but I consider it very important.

Ok. One can do it. But if knowingly or unknowingly if one don't rectify it then liability will arise or not?
