A foreign citizen having OCI wants to apply for DIN.
Is photocopy of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card accepted as the proof of address for DIN application?
Attested photocopy of foreign passport will also be attached to DIN application.
Pl note - foreign citizen with OCI is not NRI.

Yes DIN can be applied by any foreign National by giving details of foreign passport this will do.
