27 October 2012 I went to Service Tax Department at Thane to get the signature of Authorized officer on Form ST 2 and i know there are no charges for signature but they still demand of Rs.1000 for signature on Form ST 2. I captured the hidden video of demanding of Rs.1000. I want to file case against the officer. Should i proceed or not?
plz Help me...
