Sir my question is a company dont have any weighing machine so they weight outside. If weight expenses during the financial year exceeds Rs.75000/- so TDS are required to be deducted or not.

If payment is made to a single contractee exceeds Rs 75000 Tds is liable to be made u/s 194 C. Interesting to note if the machine is taken on rent than the limit will be revised to Rs 180000 since it covers u/s 194 I.
