We are export goods in US $; invoice day is saturday (01.12.12), now we need to convert US $ amount into INR amount, usually we take rbi exchange rate, saturday is leave so which day of exchange rate shall i take friday date (30.11.12) or monday date (03.12.12)

if a resident company has to pay a commission to a non resident company then is the TDS to be Deducted and if yes what are provision ... can i be avoided ????

Husband(Prop.) is the manufacturer and his wife also doing business as a proprietorship.

He regularly send the raw materials for job work to his wife with proper bills and documents and get it back after job is over.

Now he has open new trading business under the name of HUF.

Can he purchase/sales the goods from/to HUF & His wife??

All the transactions are genuine ...and authenticated.
