I am ca final student.i compleate my bcom with 2nd division.I want to know that this 2nd division effect my carrear after becoming
CA.I want to go for job after compleating CA.
Please Solve my problem i am very worried for it.
If it effct my carrear so please tell me what type of problems can face me because of this 2nd division.

i have a query regarding deduction of TDS .
if a resident company has to pay a commission to a non resident company then is the TDS to be Deducted and if yes what are provision ... can i be avoided ????

Husband(Prop.) is the manufacturer and his wife also doing business as a proprietorship.

He regularly send the raw materials for job work to his wife with proper bills and documents and get it back after job is over.

Now he has open new trading business under the name of HUF.

Can he purchase/sales the goods from/to HUF & His wife??

All the transactions are genuine ...and authenticated.

i have given my ipcc both groups examination in this november month.i have not been registered for itt & ot yet. now all the batches for them are full and there is no chance for me to get the training before three or four months.
so plz sir, i request u to advise me that till when i can be registered for articleship?& within how much time limit i should compelete my training , so my atempt for final exam do not skip.

Sir i have completed ca-ipcc in this may & i have joined in articleship in this sep.simultaneously i am pursuing b.com from distance college. i.e P.G.R.R.C.D.E College .now its my 3rd year . is it necessary to give 112form to icai.. would it have any impact in case of default of my giving of112 fomr to icai. regarding my articleship? could you please suggest me!
