i payment to mca21 for upload form1 from net banking by bank a/c debited but srn no. & payment challane not generated. how can i do for refund/challane

in your bank account., the debit in the payment, contains the SRN no. of u r transaction., u can check the status by that..

If your challan is generated then you can take a copy of it by MCA portal. You can also received the mail for the same. No need to worry on cession expire after challan generated.
If your challn is not received then only option is wait for few days until transaction is complete.

the MCA can not help, you amount will be refunded shortly to your account. I have already face the same. After refund, I have filed the Form again with ROC.
