sir can we take credit of servcie tax leivable on air ticket or on invoice of agent. clarify it with sec or ( notification if any)

company xyz ltd. is a foreign company holding co. of b ltd. which is also a foreign company. company b is holding co. of A ltd. which is also a foriegn company. company A ltd. is holding co. of I ltd. which is an indian company. Now company A ltd. is merged with a company C ltd. a foreign company. discuss the tax treatment in this case.
